زندانیان سابق تیف باز هم در زندان
حدود یک سال است که 6 تن از زندانیان سابق تیف در زندان ترکیه هستند .
آنها هیچ جرمی مرتکب نشده اند . این عزیزان که سالهاست از مجاهدین جدا شده
اند 5 سال در زندان ارتش آمریکا ( تیف ) به سر بردند و پس از آزادی از
زندان تیف در رسیدن به کشوری امن در تلاش بودند که در ترکیه دستگیر و الان
یک سال است که در زندان دولت ترکیه هستند . آنها پناهندگان سیاسی سازمان
ملل هستند .بر طبق خبر رسیده از حدود 2 هفته پیش یکی از این زندانیان به
نام منصور کشمیری در اعتراض به عدم تعیین تکلیف دست به اعتصاب غذا زده است
. آنها وضعییت جسمی و روحی مناسبی ندارند .
آخرین حرفی که دولت ترکیه به این زندانیان زده است این بوده که : تا زمانی
که دادگاه اروپا تصمیم نگیرد شما در زندان میمانید !

در جریان کامل وضعییت این عزیزان قرار دارد و عملا هیچ کاری نمیکند .
از کلیه انسانهای آزادیخواه درخواست کمک دارند تا به هر طریقی به داد آنها
برسند . آزادی این زندانیان باید خواست مبرم هر انسانی با هر تفکری باشد .
لطفا صدای این عزیزان را به اطلاع همه برسانید تا شاید وجدان بیداری به
یاری آنها برخیزد .

We are three refugees in turkish
detention center for more than one year .we have started
hunger strike to
bring the attention of those people whom are care about human rights
.the situation of us is unknown because UNHCR tells us that they would
not do any thing until the European curt of human rights issues realist
order and after being realist from detention by turkish authority then
the UNHCR will activate the cases for resettlement and this means for us
life imprisonment in turkish detention center we ask from anybody can
help to bring an end to this criticall situation please help us.
We ask for the below rights
-We like to know our rights as a refugee for example for 8 months no
permissions was given to have a lowyer .
-we like to know why our cases been ignored by UNHCR for example moor
than 6 months Mansour Keshmiri has been asking for a letter to be sent
to him or his lowyer but there is no replay .
- we like to know why with out any charge we have been kept in detention
center for moor than a year
-we ask for respect and not to be insulted by police .for example
Mr.Saafi has not been given medical emergencies care for moor than a
week whom has been on hunger strike 35 days.
we ask to be look at the circumstance of our living food , hygienic
,.......
