على ناظر
امروز با انتشار لیست پیشنهادی برای کابینه، ابراهیم رئیسی مهر
تأیید بر آنچه همه می دانستیم زد. با اشغال پست های کلیدی توسط
اعضای مرتبط با سپاه قدس، سپاه پاسداران گامی دیگر به سوی تصاحب
قدرت (کودتای خزنده) برداشت.
در تقابل با این یورش جمهوری اسلامی، علیه جمهور مردم، ما،
جمهوریخواهان سرنگونی طلب هم می بایست بر تهاجم خود بر بدنه نظام
مستاصل از نارضایتی های روزافزون خلق ستمدیده، در جبهه های مختلف،
بیفزاییم.
از یک سو، حمید نوری، همدست رئیسی در کشتار ۶۷، در سوئد مواخذه می
شود، از سوی دیگر، نهادهای سیاسی سرنگونی طلب، همچون شورای ملی
مقاومت، از کانالهای متعدد سیاسی-دیپلماتیک و مطبوعاتی، به افشای
بی امان ابراهیم رئیسی و دیگر عوامل جنایات در ایران، مشغول هستند؛
و مهم از تر همه، ملت شریف به جان آمده هم در شهرهای ایران با شعار
مرگ بر خامنه ای و مرگ بر دیکتاتور، انزجار خود را ازتمامیت نظام
منحوس اسلامی بیان می کنند.
در این میان می ماند، برخی از فعالان سیاسی منفرد مستقل سرنگونی
طلب که تمایل به حمایت از نهاد سیاسی ندارند، اما خواهان سرنگونی
تمامیت نظام اسلامی حاکم بر ایران هستند.
خاضعانه می خواهم به این هموطنان طرحی عملی و ساده را پیشنهاد کنم.
چندی پیش نامه ای به نخست وزیر اسکاتلند ارسال کردم که متن آن در
دیدگاه منتشر شد (اعتراض به دعوت احتمالی از رئیسی برای سفر به
اسکاتلند). کپی آن نامه به نخست وزیر و وزیر خارجه بریتانیا هم
ارسال شد. اما این اقدام هرچند لازم است، اما به تنهایی کافی نیست.
ما افراد منفرد مستقل می بایست در حد توان خود جبهه دیگری علیه
نظام، بخصوص رئیسی باز کنیم. بدین منظور، امروز به نماینده
پارلمان، که در حوزه انتخاباتی او ساکن هستم، نامه ای نوشتم و از
وی خواستم که از محتوای نامه من به نیکلا استرژن حمایت کند.
این یک گام بسیار کوچک، و اگر واقعیت آنرا بخواهیم ارزیابی کنیم،
کم اهمیت است، اما اگر تک تک ما، طی نامه ای کوتاه (یا یک ایمیل)
به نماینده پارلمان که حوزه انتخاباتی ما را نمایندگی می کند، از
او بخواهیم که که از نیکلا استرژن بخواهد که از رئیسی برای شرکت در
اجلاس بین الملل نوامبر خودداری کند، این اقدام دیگر کوچک و بی
اهمیت نخواهد بود.
این اقدام مشترک اما غیر مرتبط، حاوی این پیام است که فقط نهادهای
سیاسی نیستند که بصورت حرفه ای علیه نظام اسلامی اقدام می کنند،
بلکه تک تک ایرانیان مقیم خارج که وابستگی سیاسی و تشکیلاتی به
سازمانی ندارند هم در این مورد بخصوص اشتراک آرا دارند.
طبیعتا برای بسیاری از ما، نامه نوشتن کار آسانی نیست، و بقولی
دستمان به قلم نمی رود. شاید با کپی کردن نامه من به نماینده مجلس،
ولی با تغییر آدرس و نام من به آدرس و نام خودتان، و اضافه کردن
نام وکیل مجلس در حوزه انتخاباتی که در آن ساکن هستید، این مشکل به
راحتی حل شود. اگر نمی دانید او کیست، و یا ایمیل او را ندارید،
گوگل اطلاعات لازم را برایتان جستجو می کند.
متن نامه که امروز ارسال کردم را در زیر می آورم تا در صورت تمایل،
مورد استفاده قرار بگیرد.

I hope this note finds you in good health. I am writing to you
as one of your constituents of (آدرس خودتان را بنویسید)
Iranian Intelligentsia Society has recently written a letter to
the First Minister of Scotland, Nicola Sturgeon MSP, which
follows this email.
I am writing to you to seek your support regarding the contents
of that letter, which detail my concerns about the current
President of Iran being invited to the COP26 in November. I am
seeking confirmation that my MP, as well as the broader British
government, will not support a well-documented serial human
rights abuser arriving and participating in diplomatic matters
on British soil. I sincerely hope that you will also reiterate
my appeal to the Office of the Leader of the Opposition, Office
of the Foreign Secretary, and your colleagues – the Scottish MPs
at the Parliament.
I would be delighted to have a meeting with you should you
require further clarification or information.

Madam First Minister
May I first congratulate you and your Covid team for progressive
and firm policies throughout the past 18 months.
I am writing to you regarding the potential invitation that may
be extended to the President-Elect of Islamic Republic, Ebrahim
Raisi, to attend the COP26 in Scotland later this year. I have
grave concerns regarding Raisi,s human rights record, and I am
addressing this letter to you to request that you do everything
within your power to not welcome such a man onto Scottish soil.
As I am sure you are aware, the theocratic regime established in
the aftermath of the Iranian Revolution has a marked and bloody
record of brutal violence, systematically silencing opposing
voices through the repeated imprisonment of activists and
numerous devastating fatwas. Although arrests and executions
have been continuous since 1979, they notably peaked in the
summer of 1988, a period that saw huge numbers of political
prisoners subjected to summary justice and execution: estimates
for the number of executions during this short period range from
a few thousands to tens of thousands, many of whom had served
their original term of sentence and were expecting release.
According to various reports from the UN, Amnesty International,
and other internationally recognised and independent bodies,
thousands of these executions were carried out under the order
of a small judiciary group which included among its members
Ebrahim Raisi. To this day, Raisi proudly defends his
participation in this massacre.
Such human rights abuses oppose everything that the Scottish
state purports to stand for. I was deeply saddened, however,
when a member of the Iranian Intelligentsia Society told me of
the SNP,s close relationship with this brutal regime. The
colleague reminded me that Alex Salmond led a delegation to Iran
in 2015, meeting with Ayatollah Mohsen Araki among others. He
also reminded me that you, together with the Chief Constable of
the Police of Scotland, sat with Hujjat al-Islam Mohammad Ali
Shomali, a representative of Iran,s Supreme Leader, at the same
table in 2016.
Appeasing a regime that has no respect for human rights,
international law, or the kinder facets of Islam that have been
tarnished by groups such as Taliban, Daesh, and above all the
Islamic Republic, has historically proven repulsive. Neville
Chamberlain,s attempt is a well-known exemplar.
Madam First Minister, I have always regarded you as a courageous
politician who aims high for her country. I do appreciate
diplomatic protocols, but inviting Raisi to enter your country
will stain the history of Scotland that has always stood for
freedom and independence. History has proven that Chamberlain,s
appeasement policy was a failure, as fascism recognises no
boundaries and is not easily appeased unless the world either
accepts the supremacy of fascism or is totally obliterated.
I represent a number of non-affiliated and independent Iranian
academics, scientists, poets, and writers. They have asked me to
humbly request that you do not invite Raisi to the COP26. We
will naturally endeavour to pursue legal procedure to bring
Raisi before the International Court of Justice, should he enter
the United Kingdom, as part of the free world.
We understand that taking such a politically sensitive step may
require you to have the support of the office of the Prime
Minister, The Foreign Office, The MSPs, and other major
political parties. For this, I am sending a copy of this letter
to their offices.
I am deeply hopeful that you will prove me right when I say that
there is no congruity between the SNP school of thought and the
fundamentalist Islam that Raisi represents.
We have all read Martin Niemöller. When religious fascism is
welcomed to Scotland, there will be many Scots who will protest
vigorously.
