Call to Action



On Saturday February 9th, 2013 the defenseless residents of camp liberty were attacked by mortar and rockets that were launched into their camp that resulted in seven deaths and hundreds of injuries to its residents.

We strongly condemn this despicable violent attack on the residents of Camp Liberty in Iraq and call for their immediate transfer into a safe neutral country.



This campaign has nothing to do with any specific personal or political ideology. We base this campaign on basic human rights and call on all the human rights organizations to get involved in stopping these systematic attacks on defenseless refugees.



The Islamic republic government of Iran is after the total elimination of each member of Camp Liberty and the Iraqi government is assisting them in their efforts. The Iraqi government is not upholding their commitment to the United Nations, the European Union and the United States in providing a safe haven to the residents of Camp Liberty.



The Camp Liberty was supposed to be a temporary base until its residents were repatriated to other host countries.



We firmly request the leaders of the MKO to place immediate transfer of these refugees as their highest priority and utilize all their legal and financial means to achieve this objective.



We call upon the United Nations and other responsible organizations to accelerate the safe transfer of these defenseless refugees before anymore future attacks.Mehr anzeigen
